URGENT: The Florida Building Code will be changing on March 15, 2012. In order to be grandfathered into the existing code, plans must be submitted and upfront fees must be paid prior to March 15, 2012. Any drawings that are currently in process and the process number expires after March 15th will have to meet the new building code.
